I’m Helena, a Shamanic Practitioner and Sound Healer based in Worcestershire, UK. I’ve been working professionally as an Energy Healer since 2012 having studied with the Shamanic Centre Edinburgh and the College of Sound Healing. I use a range of therapies with my clients which include Shamanic Practices, Sacred Drumming and Himalayan Bowl healing. I also work with groups in workshops and through my Back to the Centre programme.
